Beginning 1st September, Malaysia Airlines is flying-solo having discontinued its partnership with long-term caterer Brahim’s Food Services. However the transition to new arrangements has been turbulent, resulting in public backlash over its in-flight food service. How might this impact MAG’s earnings outlook and reputation?
