Global Refugee Population On The Rise

Refugees are defined and protected under the “1951 Refugee Convention relating to the Status of Refugees”. Phil Robertson, Deputy Director of the Asia Division at Human Rights Watch breaks down the situation for us. Image credit: Unsplash.com
