AG Report - Where is the Oversight and Accountability

The 2018 Auditor General's report has just been released and we look at some of the ministries which have been highlighted for their respective inadequacies. However the more important question is how can we avoid this going forward and will there be better oversight and accountability especially since the government is running a budget deficit and should be prudent.
