RHB Research's top pick in the O&G space, Petronas Chemicals Berhad, has reached an all-time high production capacity in 3Q'16 -- the group's best performance since its listing. PetChem posted better earnings in its olefin & derivatives segment which hinges on movements in crude oil prices -- where once again OPEC will converge this week to decide on production cuts. However, PetChem's fertilisers segment was hurt by dumping activities from China exporters, who have flooded the market with supply.
