Joseph Incalcaterra, Chief ASEAN Economist, HSBC

14-May-19 09:15

Trade

Hopes of an end to the U.S-China trade war dissipated last week when President Trump’s latest round of tariffs were implemented as both parties failed to come to an agreement.

We speak to Joseph Incalcaterra, Chief ASEAN Economist at HSBC about the implications of this on ASEAN countries. We also speak to Joseph about interest rates in the region and his view on the Philippines following their midterm elections.
