Joe Quinlan of US Trust-BOA Private Wealth Management tells us that its risk on mode again with ebbing US-China trade war tensions and that there are opportunities in both markets especially in the technology space. He also says that there are still opportunities in the Fixed Income space especially for govvies and corporate bonds but prefers the shorter duration papers.
