Neal Adams. He would define The Bronze Age. He would leave his stylistic mark on the X-Men, Green Lantern, and Superman. He would take Batman, who had become a campy joke at the end of the 1960s, and bring back the brooding Dark Knight long before Frank Miller. He would give us Ra's Al Ghul. He would give us that marvelous fight between Superman and Muhammad Ali.
