Talkback Thursday: Taman Tugu

On Sunday, PM Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced an exciting new project for the public; Taman Tugu. According to the PM, “the park is expected to be an icon for KL, similar to how Hyde Park is synonymous with London, and Central Park for New York. It is to be considered a national project that will help elevate Malaysia to developed nation status when the time comes.”

However, there are concerns mounting for this mega project, such as whether or not the project will be cost-effective and transparent, and whether or not we’ll do a good job with integrating the park into the greater KL landscape.

So, we're asking you on Talkback today: Do you want a Taman Tugu?
