A headline in The Star today (18th February 2014) read "Klang Valley still affordable", referring to a survey carried out by Sime Darby Property Bhd about property prices. The report is already making its rounds on the social media front with Malaysians, and the ones voicing their disagreement are the 20- and 30-somethings, who find it extremely hard in trying to purchase an affordable property.
