Lingo is a show that’s about our relationship with language, how it goes beyond communication, and the impact it has on our lives, cultures, and traditions. Some say the world would be a better, more peaceful place if we all spoke one language but is that really the case? For one, it contradicts with global efforts to preserve dying languages. This week, we find out the signs of a dying language, why they die, and if we should save them at all. We also speak to Mandana about the work that the Endangered Languages Documentation programme does and how they're saving languages.
