The Tourists Are Back, But Where Are The Workers?

Malaysia's hospitality services are currently facing a shortage of manpower, and this is happening at a time when the tourism sector is seeing an increase in business. First, we get into the impact of this shortage, and what needs to happen to attract more people to join the industry. Then, we discuss the importance of well-trained tourism workers for the travel experience as a whole.
