Should Malaysia Move Towards Being A Welfare State?

With rising costs of living continuing to be a concern, we look at whether we should be moving towards becoming a welfare state. First, economist Geoffrey Williams joins us to talk about the pros and cons of this. Then, we hear from various stakeholders on whether this is the way to go.
