A recent viral video claimed that some hospital staff prevent unmarried women from getting pap smears. We unpack this by asking: are medical staff making it difficult for women to access sexual and reproductive health services? First, we speak to an OBGYN to understand where this attitude comes from. Then, we speak to a sex educator about the impact of discrimination on women’s health.
