Foreigner Identity Cards Mooted For Sabah

There's been a lot of criticism in Sabah over how Putrajaya is handling migration in the state, after they announced a proposal for migrants to be issued Kad Warga Asing. First, we look at the issues at play here and how this suggestion would affect things. Then we speak to Sandakan MP Vivian Wong about how this will be received on the ground. Finally, we get into how all this fits into the conversation around illegal migration in Sabah.
