Curbing The Culture Of Bullying In Hospitals

There have been wide discussions on the issue of bullying culture among doctors, following an incident where a trainee doctor died after falling from his residence building of the Penang Hospital. Then, we discuss how we can sufficiently address the culture of workplace bullying.
