Zahid, Akalbudi, And A Discharge Not Amounting To An Acquittal

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi's bid for a full acquittal in his Yayasan Akalbudi trial has been declined by the High Court. The discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) means he may still face trial for the same charges in the future if the prosecution decides to reinstate them. We talk about the significance of this decision and how it will be viewed in the public's eye.
