So we know the basics of genetics when it comes to men and women; men have XY chromosomes and women have XX chromosomes. The rest of our 20,000 genes are essentially the same.. or so we thought. A recent paper concluded that a full third of our genome behaves very differently in men and women. Geneticist Dr. Jenny Graves walks us through what this new data means.. and whether these differences extend to our brains, and as a result, our behaviours.
