A Perdana Fellow was recently removed from a placement programme after his credentials on his application could not be verified. It later emerged that this wasn't the first time he had been called out for fabricating his achievements. We talk about how common it is for credentials to be faked in professional settings, why this happens, and what employers can do to verify employees' achievements.
