Does Video Conferencing Hinder Creativity?

A study involving 1,500 employees of a telecommunication company in Finland, Hungary, India, Israel and Portugal found that people are worse at generating creative ideas during a video call compared to a physical meeting. We speak to a psychologist about this and what supports creative thinking.
