A Twitter poll was taken down by the Prime Minister's Office after the feedback that came in was a tad too honest. This opened up the question of how government agencies can make use of social media to get feedback from the rakyat. We discuss the value of government agencies utilizing social media for feedback and what happens when such a move backfire.
