Airbnb has criticised the proposed draft guidelines of the Short-Term Accommodation regulatory framework. The proposal includes a rule that unhosted rental residential properties would see a limit of between 90 - 180 days over a 12-month period on all platforms accumulated, per accommodation. We speak to April Rinne on how to balance regulation and growth.
