Recently during the Malaysia Auto Show 2017, a symposium was held to discuss global vehicle theft and how they're used in terrorism activities. One of the speakers was Philip Opperman - he specialises in micro technology and he speaks to Ezra about the use of technology to combat crime terrorism, and also his experience combatting crime during his time with the South African police force.
