Student/Trafficked by R.AGE

The Star's award-winning R.AGE team has released a new documentary series called "Student/Trafficked". The team went undercover to investigate the network of student trafficking, that has left many Bangladeshi students stranded in Malaysia as illegal workers. Besides bringing the issue to light, R.AGE is also working with the Ministry of Higher Education and the Immigration Department, as well as partner NGOs, to set up a reporting system for victims and to renew their hopes for a tertiary education. We speak with Ian Yee, Editor & Executive Producer, and Elroi Yee, Senior Producer at R.AGE.
