Tacloban, the regional centre of the Eastern Visayas in the Philippines, is still trying to find its feet after Typhoon Haiyan tore it apart on November 8th 2013. Months after the disaster, and still there are people displaced and basic needs are hard to come by. Worse still, funds to help them are running out.
