We're back with our updates from the Dewan Rakyat, and the first day of the session involved a variety of topics. The MPs discussed measures being taken to help the hardcore poor, the criticism against the new Jihad Against inflation Special Task Force to discuss issues relating to price hikes, measures made to counter flash floods in our city, as well as the implementation of compulsory voting. Today's session also included a dose of chaos involving the issue of the Sulu Sultanate court case, which resulted in an MP being ejected and suspended from the Dewan.
