PM Muhyiddin Yassin has called for ASEAN to have a tougher stance against hate speech on gender and sexual orientation, amidst calls from a minister in his cabinet to increase punishment towards Malaysia's LGBT community. We speak to human rights lawyer Andrew Khoo to understand what the constitution says when it comes to discrimination and hate speech on gender and sexual orientation.
