A 4 day work week is going to be tested out in the United Kingdom, with 30 companies participating in a 6 month trial. So essentially - 32 hours of work, but for the same salary and benefits. Proponents of a shorter work week argue that it leads to better productivity, retention and employee wellbeing... so we look into whether this could actually work in Malaysia, and what it could look like.
