Despite the discovery made during a heritage impact assessment (HIA) for the Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone, experts have given the greenlight for the mega reclamation project to proceed. We speak to the researcher of the HIA to get a better understanding of how the decision was made and what goes into these undersea explorations.
