Government Terminates Critical Services Allowance

The government's move to cut the Critical Services Incentive Payment (BIPK) has attracted criticism especially from healthcare students and professionals, who argue that it will demoralise workers who are already underpaid and overworked. We look at those criticisms by examining the environment that healthcare graduates face in the industry today.
