The Federal Territories Minister has announced that all flats in KL above 40 years old will be receiving a face lift under the Urban Renewal Programme. We speak to Ihsan Zainal Mokhtar for his thoughts on what this face lift should include.
Correction: We mentioned in the podcast that the government is planning to expand these flats to 750-800 square meters. It is actually 750-800 square feet.
