In the beginning of April 2014, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Nancy Shukri, announced that the permanent Coroners’ Court will begin proceedings from April 15th with one coroner in place for each state to hold inquiry into custodial and other unexplained death cases. We spoke to members of the Malaysian Bar Council to find out more.
