Former Prime Minister Dato Sri Najib Razak, as well as 1MDB’s former CEO Arul Kanda Kandasamy have been acquitted of tampering with the audit of 1MDB. The Kuala Lumpur High Court has ruled that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against the duo. We get into what this means.
