By the Book: Book Club May 2020 - Small Gods

A delightful, (relatively) standalone novel in Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, Small Gods tells the story of a god who finds himself in the body of a one-eyed tortoise, seeking the help of a true believer. It's a quest story, but also one that tells a story of power, humanism and philosophy - all while being laugh out loud funny.
