In the last few years and up until recently, majority of the companies have focused a lot on endpoint security in light of the opening of BYOD floodgates. Tablets, smartphones, sensors and the Internet of Things have created dilemmas on the needs to secure corporate networks against those 50 billion devices that will be connected to the internet in a few years’ time. As a result, most IT resources security today are plunged into protecting endpoints and networking equipment from hackers and breaches.
