There is no question that AI is a game changer. Microsoft recently embarked on a study with IDC that showed AI will accelerate the rate of innovation to almost double and increase employee productivity improvement by 60% by the year 2021. That’s not too far away when you think of it. So, despite clear benefits, we are still far behind when embarking on our AI journey. Why?
