A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. That can also be said about the digital divide we’re seeing across the Southeast Asian countries. Despite a high mobile penetration and digital population, the hyper connectivity in the region is not spread out evenly, causing a wider digital divide. We speak to Rajnesh Singh at the Internet Society, on why is this happening and where can entrepreneurs help to keep the connect the disconnected.
