Many of us may have started using fitness trackers, or calorie trackers to keep an eye on how we move and consume, you might also subscribe to a virtual gym membership so that you can attend sessions with other like-minded individuals. But this is not the limit of how tech is involved in fitness and wellbeing - not by a longshot. We talk to Dev about the involvement of AI in tech amongst other things, and how it could help us on our way to a healthier lifestyle.
