DNA - Karam's Fave 5 of 2016 / Fintech Debate - Dr Siva says Yay, Karam says Nay

Karamjit Singh from Digital News Asia.com is back on the first Tech Thursday with DNA with a debate on the Fintech bubble with Dr V Sivapalan, President of the Malaysian Business Angel Network. Dr Siva is an admirer and believer in the Fintech industry as the financial sector, especially banks, will be facing the 'Kodak' moment very soon. However Karamjit doesn't believe Fintech is ever going to fully replace banks and financial institutions fully. So is the Fintech industry overhyping itself up or is Karam living in denial?

Also on the show, we talk about Karam's fav 5 stories in 2016, Patrick Grove's 7 Predictions for the tech space in Southeast Asia and the old-age of BPO is dead according to Accenture.
