As leaders in organizations grapple with complexities associated with increasing growth profitability in a highly competitive market place, they have to make a concerted attempt to improve the overall culture of their organization. However this is a herculean tasks, not many leaders are willing or able to undertake. Organisational culture simply means “they way things are done around here, when no one is looking”. It embodies practices that have become so deeply entrenched in the psyche that they are accepted without questioning.
