The laundry shop business may be regarded as a dirty job by most, but it is a thriving industry in highly urbanized cities like Kuala Lumpur. We have two business owners in this space to give us insights of this industry from the other side. Venon Tian, a law graduate founded of Laundry Hero that helps existing laundry outlets to gain additional revenue via its logistic services where every booking is made via online. On the other hand, we have Nick Lim, who founded Mama Jo, a traditional laundrette that provides laundry solutions.
