Bestinet was founded to revolutionise Malaysia’s complex migrant workers management system. And while its efforts as a cross-border migration solutions provider has received widespread recognition and awards, Bestinet is still trying to shake off bad press, and its toll on the company’s bottom line. We speak to CEO Ismail Mohd Noor about their tumultuous year, and how Bestinet hopes to keep the focus centred on a healthy and productive national workforce.
