WOBB has released its pandemic edition of the annual Malaysian Work Culture Report, highlighting the experiences of Malaysia’s labour force during the pandemic, as well as the job search and application behaviour of job seekers during/post-Movement Control Order (MCO). The report highlights a few interesting key trends that could help employers understand the behavior of the post-pandemic employee.
