It’s a battle of mathematicians vs engineers! A new book by math professor Alex Krylotov highlights how traffic woes could be solved if engineers just stepped aside and allowed math to do the rest. Apparently it’s all about thinking about traffic in terms of numbers and “flow” instead of coming up with expensive solutions.
