Most of us work for a company that provide us with at least a decent amount of perks, and then there are some companies that rise above others and provide perks that focus on the wellbeing and flexibility at work. PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) have recently announced that they will be adding an enhanced paternity leave of 30 days to encourage fathers to play a more active role in parenting.
