How did the pandemic change our relationship with food? In the beginning, many people started to panic buy and stockpile, which of course led to a shortage of food in a lot of places. And then over time we tried to normalise. We went back to buying the food that we would buy regularly, and we bought the normal amounts. But what did we learn? And how has our behaviour changed?
