Recently over the weekend, Apple has removed all customer reviews from its online store. Apple’s choice means that customers can’t provide useful feedback on the products available in Apple’s store - especially if a product might be bad. But as more purchasing decisions relies on reviews, is this a bad move from Apple? Are reviews helpful for businesses?
