Can We Achieve A (Litter-ally) Cleaner Election?

As GE15 approaches, party banners, flags, buntings and posters have been put up almost everywhere around housing areas and roadsides as politicians campaign in their respective constituencies. We can’t help but wonder who will be collecting them post elections? What are the guidelines for placing and disposing of party flags? Where does election litter go - to the landfill or to a recycling plant? We discuss this with Rajiv Rishyakaran, ADUN of Bukit Gasing.
