韩国医疗人力短缺的现象已经不是什么新闻了，政府官员预测如果再不增加配额的话，到2035年，全国医生数量将比需求的少将近1万人。于是2月初，尹锡悦政府就宣布了一项增加全国医学院招生名额65%的计画，这美意应该是值得鼓励的，但韩国竟然有几千名实习和住院医师集体丢出辞职信和罢工，首尔五大医院纷纷无限期延后或取消手术，引发医生职业伦理争议。就让我们一探究竟，为什么韩国医界那么反对增招计画。
