原文摘录：当大家都将今年1月1日生效的1955年雇佣法令重点放在最低薪金及产假上时，殊不知还有一项不起眼的条文，极可能左右着我国数以万名代理的命运。
其中，保险、房屋、汽车、代驾、外卖、甚至保健品或殡葬服务领域，也可能因此出现新局面。
这项于2022年修正的法令新增了101C条文，当中就特别为“雇员”（Employee）及“雇主”（Employer）定义，任何没有正式雇佣合约（Contract of Services）的雇员，都将依据定义中的任何一项细则被定义为“雇员”，并有权在法令下要求雇主给予应有的待遇与薪酬。
