No More Prison For Drug Users in Malaysia? True or Not?

The Home Minister recently announced that under a new Act that will be implemented later this year, drug users in Malaysia will not be sent to prison but rather to rehabilitation and treatment centres. But is this really true? Is Malaysia decriminalising all drugs for personal use? We speak to a drug policy reform advocate to find out.
